Talk after Wife becomes Hat

A Man who Took His Wife as a Hat

Steven will be a discussant at the post-performance talk of Chan Ping Chiu's new show, A Man Who Mistook His Wife as a Hat, on 28 May 2005 (Saturday). The other guest is Jessica Yeung of IATC.

Asian Artists at Lohan Journey, Tokyo

Grand Hotel Asia

Steven was invited to share his experience of working for various Asia art networks in a seminar organized by Setagaya Public Theatre in Tokyo from 17-20 March. The project Lohan Journey has luxuriously lasted for 3 years when 16 artists from different Asian cities worked together in various locations regularly. The final result is a performance entitled "Grand Hotel Asia". There are a few posts on Steven's blog about his experience in Tokyo and Nagoya, where Jamsen is studying.

The Lightless Ring of Angels

The Lightless Ring of Angels, a new work of Steven which integrates a Brazilian text by Luis Verissimo and Buddhism thoughts, was featured in the Directors' Lab 2004 with Chan Ping Chiu's "My Dinner with Andre" sharing the same stage. Some beans came back under the limelight with the glow of the guest actress Cheng Yee Chai...
